Join Our Team – Product Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: Finland | Full-time

H&W Biotech Oy is a growing Finnish medical device company. We specialize in the

development, import, sales, and export of advanced in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products and

smart medical devices. Our diverse portfolio includes self-tests and innovative medicine

solutions used by healthcare organizations, hospitals, and pharmacies across Finland and

beyond.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated pharmacist to join our team as Product Specialist.

In this role, you will support product management, marketing, sales, regulatory activities, and cross-functional projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment and taking responsibility across different business areas.

Key Responsibilities

· Support Marketing and Sales in their daily commercial activities.

· Assist in creating marketing materials (visual and text content)

· Plan, manage, and promote digital marketing content and campaigns across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

· Support product launches, promotional activities, and the preparation of sales and marketing tools.

· Participate in customer visits, product presentations, pharmacy promotions, trade fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events.

· Assist with regulatory and quality-related tasks, including maintaining product documentation and supporting compliance activities.

· Provide project management support and coordinate product-related projects with internal teams, suppliers, distributors, and other external partners.

Requirements

• Fluent Finnish, good English and Swedish are a plus

• Availability for full-time work

• Skilled in digital marketing platforms, with a creative eye for design and social media content

• Strong sales and communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

• Ability to work independently and as a team member, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

• Detail-oriented and proficient in preparing documentation and marketing materials

• Based in Finland

• Having a driving license, and willingness to travel as needed (own car needed)

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, and product management is considered an

advantage
